These are some of the best egg rolls I've ever had. Much better than the usual, crummy Chinese kind. Not loaded with cabbage and other things, these have pork, noodles, and are just delicious, especially with the fish sauce. I don't know if they are characteristically "thai" style, but they are characteristically delicious!
