This sandwich was very special indeed! If I weren't a pig and also too lazy to carry around leftovers for the rest of the night, this could have easily been stretched into two good meals. The ambiguously described "salad vegetables" proved to include the likes of onions, green peppers, broccoli and some kind of squash. It was loaded. My only complaint is that there was a dressing or some kind of highly liquid sauce that left the bottoms of the bread soggy in a bad way. But I am more than willing to let that slide. The flavor and other textures were great.
