For a chain, I think the Cheesecake factory is very good. They have such a large menu I don't have a chance to get sick of anything. They preparation is also very good and I've had very good luck with service every time.

The service sucked last time. Jess at Edina... not as good as the rest of the crew out there. Heck, the busboy did a much better job than he did waiting on us.

We at the one located in Fort Lauderdale down town. We were seated by a friendly host, and our waiter Reggie was the best. The food was great but with the appitizer and entres, there was no room for cheese cake. Reggie gave us a sample any way and it was excellant. I would recommend this place to any one.

We made the unfortunate choice of going to Cheesecake Factory for father's day. I know it's been a while, but I did not know about this site until last Friday. Anyway, my family: husband, kid (2 years old) and I were sitted to a table with no waiter. We tried to get service from other waiters but they kept saying they were not assigned to our table. So there we sat there for 30 minutes with out help until the cleanner guy who I talked to in spanish gave us some water. After another 10 minutes of no service, we left. We tried to talk to the manager and tell him that the were not helped but he did nothing but stare. BAD BAD BAD service

The great service I've had here still stands. We had one bad experience, but every other time our servers have been great. I wish I could remember our server's name 'cause I would totally recommend him. I told him we were in a bit of a hurry and he made sure to come back right away to take our order and check in with us often. He also split our bill four ways, even though two people in my party split their dish making it a little more tricky than normal.

"Holy Crap" is all I have to say about this place. Huge and gigantic. The plus is that it would be a great place to go with multiple people who have varying tastes--the menu is so huge there's GOT to be something for anybody.

Their hiring practices are discriminatory. When my 19-year old son applied for a bartending position in their Willow Grove, Pa. restaurant, he was told their company policy stated that bartenders must be 21. PA law states that one can bartend at the age of 18.

Our favorite restaurant, by far!! Surprisingly, the chicken marsala got a fairly bad review by another member but it's our FAVORITE dish.....so flavorful and filling!!! The wait is outrageous....but absolutely worth it every time. We frequent the Tampa location at least once a week.

It was just one server who didn't seem to remember anything. First, my friend ordered a passion fruit iced tea, extra ice. Adrian, our server, came back and asked my friend if she ordered a diet coke. She got her tea, but I could tell that we would have trouble. My friend ordered the Renee's Special, chicken salad, on a white baguette. The sandwich she got was turkey, and it was not on the right bread. At least Adrian got our dessert orders right.
