The only thing that I could possibly say to change about this dish is that the potatoes didn't add much and hence I don't think they were necessary. Other than that, it was exceptional. The beriani Dajaj was rich, creamy, flavorful, and had a nice mix of textures due to the sauce, rice, and almonds. The raisins added bursts of sweet flavor that offset the creamy richness.
