I'm very picky about hummus. I like it smooth, very little tahini, sometimes flavored with things like roasted red peppers to help cover up the beany flavor. This hummus just didn't fit with my preferences. It was not bad, just not for me. It was thicker and seemed to have a slightly stronger tahini flavor than I prefer (tahini tastes like a burnt flavor to me).

Give it a shot, you might like it better than I did.
