I can tell that this was crafted with care. The crust was very light and flaky, which was super awesome and made for an incredible texture when biting into this morsel, but overall I was a little bored. I think I would have liked it better if the filling were seasoned with more flavor. Even with beef inside, there wasn't much in the way of taste. I'll probably try one of the other boughatsas next time to see if I like them better.
