Oh man, if I could be eating this again right now I would so be eating this right now. This dish just about blew my mind. It was so incredibly good. It was more or less a pizza topped with loads and loads of spinach and little else. The crust was this incredibly fluffy yet crispy work of beauty, and the spinach...oh god the spinach. It was spiked with a very sharp flavor which I at the time would have described as lemony, in retrospect I deduce that must have been the "sumac," though I'd have to do some research on that. It was just a very unique sensory experience that I will recommend without any further qualifiers.
