Machu Picchu is a family-owned restaurant specializing in authentic South American and Peruvian cuisine. Every dish is made from scratch.
Machu Picchu restaurant was founded in 1993 by Fernando and Hilda Palomino. It is managed and operated with the help of their daughter, Carla Hasbrouck. The family is from Lima, Peru and came to the United States in 1970.
Fernando and Hilda have four children, Carla, Fernando, John, and Vanessa and eight grandchildren.

This is a great find. A tad pricey to be a regular place for me, but anything that has potatoes+stirfry is a winner for me.
