Although it had more of a tart vinegar flavor than I was expecting, I very much enjoyed this dish. Maybe that's because I'm a very big fan of vinegar and tartness to begin with. It was so refreshing that it was even pleasant to eat after I was fully stuffed and I was ecstatic to see it was served on a bit of cabbage because I got to eat the cabbage too!
