A "Lebanese pizza" of sorts--flat pita bread spread and baked with zatar and other spices. Topped with fresh sliced tomato and cucumber.

This would be a nice appetizer, but in general I found it to be kind of "meh." It wasn't particularly flavorful and the cucumbers were in these weird giant blocks instead of a form that was easy to eat the way it was presented.
We both agreed that the pita used in this dish was vastly superior to the pita that was served on the table.
