Some of the best pad see ew I've had. The flavor was just right and they managed to really pack in the flavor. Normally, I prefer this dish with Chinese broccoli, but the broccoli they did provide was cooked so well, crispy and lightly marinated in the sauce, that I really appreciated the other kind of broccoli this time. They also managed to get the spiciness level just perfect for me. I'll have to remember for next time, "a little bit of spice" makes it just right.
