Basque Scrambler
3 eggs scrambled & topped w/Spanish chorizo, onions, garlic, ham, green & red peppers. Served w/toast & guava jam.

Bay of pigs sandwich
Traditional Cuban pork sandwich. Sliced pork loin marinated in our own mojo. Served on toasted Cuban-style bread w/ sauteed onions & yuca fries

Bistec Ensebollado
Thinly sliced steak with an orange and lime marinade, topped with sautéed onions. Served with white rice, black beans and sweet plantains.

Bisteck Filette Ensebollado
Rib eye steak (8 oz) marinated in an orange and lime mojo, topped with grilled onions and served with tostones. The best one I ever had was in Cienfuegos.

A veggie delight with a Cuban twist. On toasted wheat bread w/sliced tomato & sour cream. Served w/ yuca fries

Camarones al Ajillo
Shrimp, lightly sautéed in our garlic and lime mojo and served with tostones. Came upon this simple, delicious dish while scuba diving in the Bay of Pigs with Glen.

Yum! Great Coffee, great atmosphere, delicious food. Service can slow during peak times, but the staff is always wonderful. Love it!

One of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities.
Very tiny, don't expect to seat a large group together. I think the largest table they have seats 6, but if you're lucky you can get the booth right next to it and fit a group of 10 near each other.
Very fun and friendly atmostphere. The staff and owners are great and the writing on the wall (literally) makes for a laid back atmostphere.
Excellent food.

Man, do I miss this place. Plan on a wait during the weekends, but it's well worth it.

The staff was nice and the atmosphere is fun, but I had a Cuban sandwich there and was very disappointed, especially as I do not know where else you can get them here. The pork was dry.

After seeing this restaurant on the Food Channel by husband and I decided to try it. What a disappointment. Great service, interesting place but, the food was terrible. Both of the entrees we ordered were unbelieveably dry and tasted like they were made yesterday. Maybe it's because this was our first try at Cuban food. Both had a taste of way too much vinegar.
